Coastal Residential Slab & Formwork
Suspended slab formwork and reinforcing steel for an upmarket coastal home, set among an established residential estate with sea views. Scaffold-supported shutters were erected to engineer's drawings and the rebar mesh laid and inspected ahead of the pour.
Coastal Home Blockwork & Foundations
Foundation and blockwork package for a new coastal residence, including footing excavation, concrete strip foundations and structural walling brought up to wall-plate level ahead of roof framing.
Commercial Centre Structural Frame
Structural concrete frame and full scaffold-supported formwork for a multi-level commercial building fronting a main arterial road. Sequenced formwork and steel-fixing across multiple floor levels to keep the pour programme on schedule.
Institutional Campus Bedding Slab
Bulk concrete bedding slabs and external paving across a multi-building school development, including manholes, drainage chases and screeded floor finishes ready for internal trades.
Campus Retaining Walls & Walkways
